LESA ArcView GIS Demo

The LESA ArcView GIS application is customized to meet the ranking criteria established by each county. While the county data layers and the ranking algorithms are unique, all LESA ArcView GIS users step through the same procedures to rank a farm parcel against all other easement applicants in their counties. The general process involves: 1) defining a parcel; 2) running the assessment; and 3) viewing the results.

The demonstration presented here uses Macromedia's Flash technology to step visitors through the LESA ArcView GIS ranking process. The data for the demo comes from Ferguson Township, Centre County, PA. This demo covers the application's functionality described above and offers a basic training tool for LESA GIS users.
