Description

The LAL was asked to visualize a proposed development plan submitted in the Centre Hall area in Penns Valley. Three scenarios were developed including the undeveloped site as it exists today, the proposed development and a conservation-minded design alternative.

Technology

This project utilized a combination of 3d Nature's Visual Nature Studio 2.0, ArcGIS 8, Poser 5 and 3d Studio Max to create photo realistic renderings of potential development scenarios.

Project Highlights

The Penn State Cooperative Extension, Geospatial Technology Program (GTP) Land Analysis Lab is a research, cooperative extension, and teaching program in the Department of Crop and Soil Sciences at The Pennsylvania State University.
