The Map Compilation and Digitizing Center (MCDC) is working on the digital capture of soil survey maps for all of Pennsylvania. cooperative extension, and teaching program in the Department of Crop and Soil Sciences at The Pennsylvania State University.
We specialize in the use of GIS and related advanced information system technologies for environmental assessment, agriculture,
and land management and planning.
