Learn More About ArcExplorer: This link will take you to the ESRI site. ArcExplorer 9, Java Edition is a free, Java-Based Program that allows you to view GIS data. You can obtain both download instructions & the installation files for the FREE ArcExplorer 9 Java Edition program.

NOTE: There are different versions of ArcExplorer. If you do not download version 9 Java, then you will find that some of the instructions found in the project books will not correspond to the software.
